Please remember the following as you plan for your trip in the upcoming year:
1. Trips are based on double occupancy. Single trips are available, but at a higher cost, and must be approved through your Talbert trip coordinator.
2. Participants must be an owner (or immediate family member of owner) or an employee of the company/customer earning the trip.
3. Additional trips may be purchased per the "Co-Participation" payment schedule.
4. A maximum of 4 trips can be earned or purchased per company/customer.
5. Any account can earn 3 bonus points per month by paying their balance by the tenth. (This equals an additional $36,000.00 in purchases a year.)
6. All locations and other details of this trip are subject to change without prior notification.
7. This is a group travel program and all trip participants must travel with the Talbert Building Supply group on the scheduled dates.
8. This trip is non-transferable. Trips may not be sold or transferred to another party outside of your company. Cash or other rewards in lieu of trip will not be given.
9. Accounts must be current before the trips will be awarded, any account requiring legal action will be disqualified, and any purchases not paid within the agreed upon terms will not qualify towards the trip program.
On a monthly basis, all customers registered will receive an update to let them know where they stand.
The purchases and payment information will be tabulated and the totals will be on a report giving the current point status.
